USCIS Website Updates Form I-9

The new version of Form I-9 is now offered on the USCIS website. The 06/05/07 version is only available if used BEFORE February 2, 2009. The new 02/02/09 version must be used ON or AFTER February 2, 2009, the effective date for using the new version.
